  I’m really nervous/excited to see where I’m going to be placed! I really hope to be close to Sapporo (like everyone else) because I’m a city girl at heart, but I feel like the inaka is calling my name. 

  I think that would be interesting if we were placed close to each other! You’re going to have to teach me some winter survival skills. It’s been years since I’ve seen “real” snow!

To be perfectly honest isn’t it just wonderful to be going to a place you haven’t even visited before? I think that is the best of all. (^ー゜)

I actually am! I did do a bit of traveling on the main island so this is all going to be so new! Maybe I’ll learn how to snowboard finally!  

Won’t lie, I was extremely shocked when I opened my email and it said that I’ve been placed in Hokkaido which was not one of my preferences (Nagoya, Kyoto, Saitama) but I’ll take it! 

By the end of the month I’ll know more specifically where I’ll be and I’m keeping my fingers crossed for Sapporo. 

I wish I didn’t have the flu so I could go buck-wild like the girl in the gif but I’m freaking out on the inside. The JET Forums are exploding with excitement and now the ball really gets rolling. Guess I really need to have that yard sale and get my packing lists started because July will be here soon. 

Oh yea, what am I going to name my new blog/vlog??? Hmmmmmm.
